EFFICIENCY BOOST: FREE UP TO 5 HOURS PER DAY!

This course is designed to review all processes as well as the physical workplace and optimize it so that less time is wasted. We start with identifying waste in your processes and physical workplace. We then proceed to removing or minimizing those types of waste.

This is a hybrid program which entails that participants watch roughly 3 hours of pre-recorded lesson material. On top of this, there are up to 4 private online coaching sessions so that the participants can get individual online advice during the change and implementation phase.

Start of the program is flexible.

Participants: 1-15.

Examination and certification by SSAA included.
